First time suppressor buyer. I've got my trust set up in order to get a suppressor and wondered if it's a good or bad thing to use the "Kiosk" set up.
Does it cause any more paperwork or expense?
Would you recommend it or advise to stay away from it?

I will put it this way, I drove over an hour away just to use a kiosk. To me, its the only way to go.

I did mine at the Silencer Shop kiosk at Ray's Sporting Goods in Dallas.
Painless and in my opinion, the only way to go.

Seems to be a general consensus that the kiosk is the way to go. 3 for 3. Thanks folks. Now to go spend some money. Had my eye on the SilencerCo Switchback 22 but it's still on back order. So, I'm thinking about going with the Dead Air Mask for my .22 rifle.
Thanks again. I greatly appreciate the replies.

If you watch silencerco, they'll have sales where you can buy a can and get a .22 one for free.

Taking this off topic for a second -- switchback that much better than the sparrow?

KWood - I might just wait and watch for a while to see if I can pick up on a deal like that from them. Thanks.

Buzz - Now you're just rubbing it in man. Wondering if I shouldn't hold off and see if they come available very soon. But, I'm not getting any younger. The mask seems like a really good can and several folks recommend it.

I have a Mask and a Spectre II. I reach for the Mask more than the Spectre. Mainly because it is a touch lighter and easier to clean.

I did mine originally with a lawyer drawing up a trust and all that jazz. I wish they had kiosks when I started.

It's a one stop shop for everything you need.
