I just got it 2 weeks ago and have been doing a couple of different workouts, but started their 4 week program tonight. Boy was that a work out. Kicked my but I’m further out of shape than I thought. The downtime is almost zero think 15 seconds in between 1 minute sets. So almost 30 minutes strait of nonstop working. It’ll gas you out pretty quick. But I’m enjoying the the TRX system a lot.
