Sous vide venison backstrap, seasoned with chupacabra seasoning, topped with a balsamic vinaigrette, tiger sauce, garlic, onion, butter, Worcester sauce, and heavy whipping cream reduction. That looks OUTSTANDING! Love the cookies, but for some reason they remind me of chicken fried steak patties with cream gravy topping!!!
