OP Herbie Hancock THF Trophy Hunter H Joined: Aug 2016 Posts: 8,033 Cypress, Texas	Sous vide venison backstrap, seasoned with chupacabra seasoning, topped with a balsamic vinaigrette, tiger sauce, garlic, onion, butter, Worcester sauce, and heavy whipping cream reduction. Served with roasted chopped asparagus and mushrooms. Then later in the night I discovered some boxed oatmeal butterscotch cookies, mixed it up added in some chopped pecans and coconut. Then decided I need more, so I made a homemade glaze to top it off. It takes beer to make thirst worthwhile - J. Fred Schmidt The internet is an I.Q.
