What else do you guys think I should add to my duck boat? I know the most obvious is a blind but do you see any other things that are missing?

There's a guy on the TFF who sells shallow water anchors. Same idea as a power pole but cheaper. Boat looks good to go.

They are a must have if you're going to be doing any fishing/hunting in less than 8' of water. Buddy has them of his 16' flat bottom and I was sold. We made some 15' ones for my FIL's pontoon. Makes life a heck of a lot easier than trying to anchor conventionally or use spot lock.

Thanks for the suggestions. The hull is a deep V. Usually out more in deeper water and on the marsh edge. Those poles look awesome. Never thought of that

I'd add a "dry bag" with spare clothes, space blanket and stuff to start a fire if necessary. You can get wet ( I know from experience!) Also a QBeam type light to use looking for laydowns and floaters- light bar is awesome, but QBeam is required. Great looking rig ! Dog ramp if you have a dog is nice.

I’d add an on board charger. I have a dual bank mounted under my front deck, when duck season rolls around I pull my trolling motor battery and trolling motor to save weight but can still maintain my cranking battery. As mentioned some spud poles and spud pole holders are nice and would help if you’re hunting from the boat.
