I have never used them, but I have bought sausage several times from them in the past.

cherry springs or Schneider's(old hart craft) Is better IMO and really not that further away if you are looking for another option

I've used Shannon's taxidermy and Wild game processing on hwy 16 in Cherokee Texas the past 8 years. Great family and great processing.
