400 acres, Collingsworth Couny (Wellington), approximately 6 miles southwest of Wellington. Some of the acreage is CRP and the rest of the acreage is on Buck Creek. Good deer hunting and quail. There is an older bunk house on the property but would need work to make usable. If you are interested please text me at 254-396-3255. I will have pics of the lease real soon and if you are really interested I will give you contact # of land owner. This is gonna go pretty quick. 5500.00 for the year round lease. Pics ------ probably the pic file was too big, that's why it wont work ------ loading a pic is one of the biggest secrets on this site.

Guys this lease is still available!! Landowner has been out of town for over a week now but is back in Wellington and willing to drop the price some. Please text me and I will give the landowners contact info.
