Got a hankering for some orange chicken on the way home yesterday. you wash and dredge the chicken lightly in corn starch and flour. Sauce is OJ, hoisin, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and a little chili sauce if you want it. That looks really good. Did you use a breading on the chicken or cook it without? I used an egg wash and did a flour and cornstarch dredge.
