Building an AR and was going to get a Primary Arms SLx 1-8x24 FFP scope, but they are back ordered for the next couple months.

Anyone have recommendations for something similar?

I have a Burris RT6 that I like. It replaced a Vortex Strike Eagle. I like the Burris a lot more. If you’re looking to stay under $400 it’s one I would take a look at.

Ok, so where does one find a Burris RT6? I wouldn't mind trying one myself but can't find the sucker in stock anywhere at all...and don't trust the Academy inventory...I went to the stores that said they had one, they don't.

I would just go 2nd Focal Plain. I have this scope and it like it a lot. Haven't had it long enough to recommend reliability but the reticle is very well though out and the glass is clear.

I have the Vortex Viper PST Gen2 1-6 and have been pretty happy with it. I dont really dial with this AR so the 1/5mil adjustments dont bother me all that much.
