Got one of these, it's a little older, needs painting which I will do. It's in pretty good shape no cracks or leaks that I can find. My question is, what's it worth if I decide to sell? It's just the box, no tower.

You and I are very close to one another.
When I purchased my property I had a 4x6 elevated on a 10ft tower.
It was just as you described paint needed to be redone badly as the
Fiberglass strands were visually showing however it did not leak and
No cracks.
I figured I would upgrade to something a little bigger so I ended up selling mine For $200
I figured for $200 someone could slap some paint on it and be set.

I seriously thought about repainting it myself however I wanted something a little bit bigger for me and my son.

For $200 I'll just keep it. Looks like the boxes are selling new for around $1600.

Used Dillon Box, 4x6 in decent shape is probably worth $500-700 or so I'd guess. New they go for $1200 or so..

Where's it located? I'd buy it and save you from having to paint it. Would buy the tower as a package too if it has one

I threw $500 on mine and figured someone would jump on it. Try it maybe you will have better luck.

I figure I'll paint it and throw in a nice office chair. Going to be after it cools off though, dang it's hot outside.

Hey I get it!
If a new paint job will make it work for you I totally understand.
I wish people thought the way people in this forum thought when
It came to buying a deer blind.
I figured $500 and paint would make a killer deal.

A new 4x6 Dillon box blind would probably run about $1000-1300 without a tower. With a 10' tower, you're looking right around $1800-2100.

The price range I found on a 4'x6' Dillon blind was $1400 up to $1800 or more range when I was looking this spring. 10' Towers were $1000 and up with 10' ladder to $1500 and up for 10' tower with 10' staircase. Blinds have gone up in price some in the last 3 or 4 yrs now.
