Great pic. I went pig hunting with a group of guys one weekend that killed several of them and cooked them just like that on the pit, split in half with the meat simmering in the shell. Ya eating those would be pretty crazy. I'm sure they taste like chicken and all, but I would pass.

I ate some at the wild game cook off in Katy 20 something years ago. They had it prepped like pulled pork and it was really good. I think that was the same time I ate bear fajitas.
Disclaimer: Back in the day they had a $5 all the beer you could drink deal and it was later in the afternoon.
