Cooking with a new wok. Made stir fry with shrimp, broccoli, onions, bell peppers, sugar snap peas, mushrooms, cabbage, all on a bed of rice and garnished with green onions and sesame seeds. Still need to work on my presentation, but I was too excited to eat. That's the second time I've ever cooked using a wok, it's a pretty satisfying and fun way to cook, keep the thing ripping hot and continually dump more ingredients in.

Never used broccoli or snow peas, but will definitely try next time. Always scramble a couple eggs and add water chestnuts to ours! Always good eating and easy to fix!! up

Thin sliced deer meat sautéed into that sauce would go very well also.

I got a 12-inch Calphalon. Thought about getting a very large one, but for the limited usage of it I figured this was more reasonable.
