My neighbor has decided not to harvest his wheat this year. Instead he's going to cut strips though it in August and dove hunt it. We're going to open our season on Friday September 4th. Opening weekend is a 2 day minimum at $100 a day per person. After opening it's $100 a day per person with no minimum days. He has two 40 acre fields and his neighbor to the south has a big sunflower field next to him. Spots are limited and we'll be hunting these fields all through September and October. There is no lodging on this ranch but it's only 7 miles from Breckenridge where motels are located.

I found out yesterday that one of the groups just got smaller. So I still have a few spots on this wheat field and in my sunflower fields for opening weekend.

This field is not full yet. I still have room for about 6 more hunters for the opening weekend hunt. I won't open the field till Friday the 4th for hunting. I am not hunting this field on the 1st. $100 a day per person with a 2 day minimum for opening weekend, after opening weekend there is no minimum days.

I acquired a second uncut wheat field today, it's also 40 acres. $100 a day with a 2 day minimum for opening weekend. We're opening on Friday September 4th. After opening weekend there is no minimum days. These two 40 acre wheat fields are sandwiched between 2 large sunflower fields. Right now I have 10 guys booked and I plan to keep the total number around 30 hunters in this 80 acres of uncut wheat.
