OP TPACK Extreme Tracker T Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 4,546 Stephenville/ Huckabay	This is actually a baked potato with the inside scooped out and filled with Fajita seasoned chicken( pre-cooked) and topped with sharp cheddar cheese and homemade bacon bits. I thought about making these a while back and gonna try them tonight for the first time. I take the insides of the potatoes and make potato salad.
