Looks good, maybe a little heavy on the paprika for my liking.

2 pounds of potatoes
1.5 cups of mayo (I used 1 cup and found it to be just perfect)
1 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of yellow mustard (I went with 2 and it was good)
1 tsp of salt
.25 tsp pepper (I went with .75-1 tsp instead)
2 medium sized stalks of celery
1 medium sweet onion/ .5 cup (I went for 1 cup instead because I like onion)
3-4 kosher dills chopped
4 hard boiled eggs chopped

Cook the potatoes how you see fit. I cubed them, put them in a bowl with around .25 cups of water, and microwaved for around 8-9 minutes. Times will obviously vary depending on your microwave.
Chop everything up, mix it together with dressing (mayo, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper) and sprinkle with paprika on the top. I also mixed some paprika into the dressing itself to get a more uniform flavor of it in every bite.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. It's much better if you leave it to rest at least over night.

Sincere thanks for posting ^ ^ ^ something that's most
likely good, and doesn't have fruit or wine or kale or any
trendy yuppie sh*t in it. This ^ ^ is pretty much what I
make. Too many off the wall hard to find ingredients
just screw food up IMO. If it's not something my granny
would not have likely to have used or had in her cabinet
in her day, I don't use it or buy it

I like my potato salad “German Style”. Bacon, celery, potatoes, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, & chopped onion. Salt, pepper to season. A little flour to thicken.
