I do not remember the setting being Central TX. Great read though. I don't either.

One of my first books. Loved it. Named my Son Travis--partly after Old Yeller and part Alamo and part Randy Travis. I need to read it again.
At some point in life its time to quit chasing the pot of gold and just enjoy the rainbow. FR
