Great pic. I went pig hunting with a group of guys one weekend that killed several of them and cooked them just like that on the pit, split in half with the meat simmering in the shell. They swore by it. Was a hard pass for me LOL.

They called them pigs on a half shell. Smelt pretty good honestly.
