I love watching Bobcats, especially in the woods. Really cool creatures. Couldn't ever see myself shooting one.

Doesn't have to be feral cats, lot of small dogs and cats will be gone. Daughter saw her small poodle in ones jaws going over the fence in Argyle.

That's pretty amazing and thank you for sharing.
I have an old mama that raises her kittens near one of my pig hunting feeders.
I see her quite often skirting the feeder at night catching cottontails that are drawn to the corn.
She brought her kittens up a time or two after they were bigger and learning to hunt.

The lord only know how many pigs I didn't even see because I was watching the cats!

Cheers,

Me to.

But the problem at our place is we have so many they begin to be a problem. I cannot count how many chickens and guineas we've lost to them over the last 10 or so years.
When they move in to the house/barns area, they get thinned out. My son killed 4 of them last year and we still see them regularly and have pictures of them constantly on game cams.

And by the way, when we had them so heavy in the spring of last year we ended up with only a couple of fawns surviving to the fall.

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

That is so cool. I was thinking those were taken at your neighbors place in east Texas. Had no idea those were taken in Murphy. Great pics. We have a big Tom that comes around from time to time in Richardson. They live amongst us.

Very nice! We have hunted the same place for 8 years and I have only seen 1 juvenile bobcat.

Wish I could get the one that keeps eating my chickens to pose like that while I have my rifle.

Beautify. I could never shoot one. Was quail hunting in a pasture several years ago. Pointed a really big covey. Saw a cat in the area. Looks as if they learned to get along.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill
