I have always kept my home air conditioner set on 73-74 to be comfortable. I'm fixing to be 49 YOA, I've got it set at 77 degrees and it feels fine. Is this what getting old feels like?

Wait until you start getting night sweats then you have no idea what to do.

Set at 70 here at night and I'm 66. You might have other issues!

73 during the day, 68 at night. I’d go lower at night, but not in the hottest months.

If I’m home I keep it at 75 during the day and then 72 at night with ceiling fans. If I’m not at home During the day I keep it at 78. If we are out of town I bump it to 80.

73 during the day, 68 at night. I’d go lower at night, but not in the hottest months. That's exactly me a year ago but I'd freeze to death if I did that now. It has to be an age thing.

Central air on 73. Bedroom is 64 with a window unit. I don’t care how tacky it is.

68 when I sleep, 70 the rest of the time. I'm also wondering if my pending retirement might have something to do with it too. For 25 years, I've been a racecar in the red, much like you likely are. I'm so close, I can actually just not go in the last 3 months, but I'm doing it just to not be a quitter and cause a burden. I wonder if the lack of stress might be the cause for the change in temperature?

73-74 during the day and 70 at night. I’d go much lower but with the way my wife acts at even 70 you’d think we were sleeping in the Arctic circle.

Man alive, y’all are making me sweat just thinking about it.
I set my house at 72, during the day. At night, it’s no higher than 65, and that’s to save money. When I’m staying in a hotel, and the option is available, I set it at 60.
