A hunter's favorite - best with Ribeye, Filet, or Sandhill Crane: 1. Cube ribeye in 1.5” chunks and season 2. Combine 3 oz of ponzu, 1.5 oz of sesame oil, 1 tbsp worchestershire, 3 tbsp red chili garlic sauce, 3 tbsp honey 3. Seasoned and hot cowboy wok 4.
