That looks awesome!! Do you have a recipe or a link? Like a mix of Gumbo and Jambalaya, two of my favorites.

5 cups of water or water mixed with chicken stock. Two cans of Simple Suppers creole fixins. One box of Zatarain's jambalaya mix. One 12 ounce package of course chopped onion and bell pepper seasoning mix from the frozen section. Frozen chopped celery. Frozen chopped okra. One pound or so of cooked shrimp. One pound or so of Little Smokies sausages. Slap Ya Moma Louisiana seasoning (taste as you add, it's spicy).
Bring to boil for 15-20 minutes and then let simmer for a bit.
It's tomato based like all Creole dishes. I came up with this a few years ago as a simple throw together dish that is nothing more than opening cans and packages, and dumping them in a pot. 20-30 minutes and done.
