My choice since it was Father's Day. Had to go up and fish Hebgen Lake in Montana, and the Madison River today, and the wife was excited to have a road trip. We planned for a full day, saw friends who were up from California camping with the RV, and then steak dinner to top it all off at home.
Dry aged prime ribeye, with a nice secret spice rub. They looked great when I got them off the grill, and tasted even better. The fat may have gotten a little dark from the flame, but the meat was perfect medium rare. White sweet potatoes and a nice garden salad with fresh tomatoes topped it off perfectly! I may have had wine!!!
