I caught an episode of the CAJUN NINJA making Shrimp Creole the other day. His recipe was a little different than the one that I have been using. Since Shrimp Creole sounded good I decided to try the CAJUN NINJA Shrimp Creole recipe.

The Creole was some good stuff. I have cooked other Cajun Ninja recipes. His recipes are worth trying.

The link above should take you the CAJUN NINJA show that I watched.

I did not add the flour called for in the recipe, since I had a guest over for dinner that has to eat a gluten free diet. I also added a couple of fresh tomatoes not in the recipe that I had on hand that needed to be eaten.
