Also, as far as Tesla I think technology is going to make the batteries much cleaner to create and dispose of in the next few years.

I had a meeting just while ago with my real estate guy and he told me about the Tesla deal. Hes based not too far from there and I have a little property as well. He says it will really bring some good jobs. Working man kinda jobs but good ones and a bunch. I think he said 5000. I dont want to argue the politics but I like the jobs.

So they're gonna build a giant auto manufacturing plant on raw land near Austin but bus in the employees to staff it from out of state? Because Texans are too dumb to work in an auto manufacturing plant?

I would bet this isn't the only site Tesla has tied up. They will probably negotiate several locations and make a decision partially based on who bends over the furthest.

That makes perfect sense to me.
