I have two honda quads and need a SxS for the twins. I have not looked at one yet but am leaning hard. Anyone own one? Likes? Dislikes?

I have the Pioneer 700-4 and love it. The flip up/down back seats make it very versatile and shorter wheel base make it easy to maneuver. It’s a Honda so pretty much bullet proof and my grandsons love riding in it.

I have the 3 seater...it’s a tank. I put tons of hours/miles on it at the lease and it takes a lot of abuse. Great machine. It’s also pretty damned fast for a utility vehicle.

Mine’s a 700-2. Could have never even dreamed of owning such a fine rig 20 years ago. I just can’t get enough of it.

Forgot to mention and I’ve never calculated, but I can drive mine for 10hrs+ on 5 gallons or so. Seems really good on fuel, but I can’t back that up with the math.

I appreciate the feedback Gentlemen. I am going to take the kids and go up to Jones in Durant and put my eyes on them. I tend to keep toys awhile so it sounds like it may be worth it to go that route.

Buddy of mine has had 2-3....he loves them. If I get another SxS it'll be a Pioneer.

Biggest problem is their storage with four people, that back seat is rough,

I noticed that too bobo. We could make it work and went and checked them out and it is doable. The wife saw a Talon though and likes that machine alot so that has complicated things a little.

I have a 2016 P1000 and it is a beast. It has 2000 miles of which 1900 are lease miles. Lots of power, good ride & roomy in the cab. The only complaint is the heat and I even added an additional device to reduce heat in the cab. I am
Looking at adding a fan that is reversible so it pushes heat out and when it’s cold push heat into the cab.

I have the 1st gen. Pioneer called a Big Red. It is a tank and like the Duracell rabbit just keeps on going. Just for 2 people or maybe 3 skinny ones but it does get the job done.

I would be scared of that unless it has ac. The pioneers throw a good amount of heat. I am adding a 4” fan to pull hot air out of the engine area.

Former Pioneer owner....I really liked my machine. Sold it to my best friend. If I didn't think it was a good machine, I wouldn't have sold it to him.
They are built like tanks. Solid, loud and hot.
With that being said, after selling, I bought a CanAm Defender. There is no comparison btwn the 2. CanAm is flat out better.
From noise, to heat, to features, to the motor, etc, etc.
I didn't know what I was missing until I upgraded.
All of this is coming from someone who once said "I will only own Honda atv/utv's".
I still believe in Honda however they need to up their game on several things in order to compete with CanAm on UTVs.
