The last leg of Luke and my walk is up the alley to the house. Well about a month ago I noticed dog chit in the alley behind a neighbors house? First I thought maybe their yard peeps got lazy and chunked it over but everyday their is new turds out there. These people live about 9 houses down from me, so I thought I would let their own next door neighbors handle it right?

Well they haven't. Told my wife and she asked me Not to go down there and say something for I am not very politically correct.
I sent these pictures and a message to the president of the homeowners association. If they do nothing I guess I will have to get to know these folks a little better, because that is just all kinds of wrong

They're not gonna be people you can reason with. Don't waste your time. It's a shame, but maybe you gotta change your route. Hope the HOA can do something.

Probably some kiddoe not thinking correctly. If you do find out they are throwing it over, I would address it politely with them. If that doesn't fix it, I would get some enjoyment throwing it back. Walking through crap, of any kid, should not be a part of civilized society.

Put a up caution tape and a sign that says "Beware of dog $h1t Enter at your own risk"

Be careful, it may be a first amendment right. They may be protesting something. I was taught that my rights end where yours begin, but if I get butthurt over something only I matter nowadays.
If you call them racist you could burn the house down judging from recent events.

My neighbor in Carrollton was tossing his poo over the fence and it was landing in the alley way. One phone call and email w/ pics to City Code Enforcement and the problem was resolved, with a quickness.

yep, HOA or City Code Enforcement should handle ... way to many idiots these day for any form of confrontation.

1. Code Enforcement.
2. HOA.
3. Fill their mailbox with it with a note 'Hey, you left this in the alley, thought you might want it back'.

Dang I'm glad I live on a ranch, with the closest neighbor about 2 miles away.

Unbelievable. They take the time to pick it up, but instead of putting it in a bag, they throw it over the fence. HOA or the city should be all over them!

Unless you live in a gated subdivision, then streets and alleys are considered public property. Contact City and let them handle it, they will be the ones who have teeth to enforce it.

Someone did not teach them correctly in common courtesy. Happens much now. Nothing wrong with educating them ,just do it very positively and sincerely. Offer to carry the burden so they will learn how to be a better person. Teach them so that someday if they face your same situation they will remember you and how you guided them into being a better person.


If that doesn’t work, come back, I have lots of ideas, but we will have to ask God to forgive us for using them. Lol

I would gather it all up and toss it right over.

Call city code enforcement.
They'll clean up or pay fines.

Get a barrel and make a ceremonial crap burning barrel, collect the crap and invite ALL of the neighbors to show them how it is done.
