Regardless of your beliefs and the way society is heading with protests and rebellion towards LEO are you worried?

I would say that I drive the Dfw area (Sales) and have an acute sense of awareness but do not see anything that has me worried. Keeping in mind, usually home in evenings.

How do you feel?

Country boys and girls need not apply.

I am not a resident, but I work evenings in Dallas (leave work at midnight), and I haven't seen anything that unduly worries me... I have more trepidation about the idiot drivers on Central Expressway, than any of the "Social Justice" silliness going on.

The narrative has you. The media and their partners would have folks believe this is bigger than it is. Its about squashing your voice, vote.

Heightened awareness. Watch the overpasses and nearby cars more now. I've been working at home since mid-March so I don't have to go out a lot.

Honestly the protesters themselves don't worry me as much as how our cities are caving to them. The protests will be over in November and we wont see them again for another 4 years. How our cities cave to the pressure will last much longer!!

I have turned into a hermit the last 15+ years so not going out or to the store doesn't bother me. Kids poked fun at me for some of the things I've done, And we're Shocked at some of the things I've told them but not anymore now they see the light. I have everything I need just wish they had took it and me more seriously...

If it gets bad, It will real fast.

I'm in the thick of it and see it first hand. I have no worries at the moment, but my work car always has the tools and ammo needed to make sure I get home, regardless of the circumstances.

3 1/2 months to retirement and freedom. I will sell my city home and move to my ranch in Bosque County asap. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas morning.

I work in Denton Co. M-F plus some weekends. Population is 800,000. I can't carry while in my service truck. Its just me, the F-250, and a bunch of tools. Not real concerned.

Tools can be weapons.

No real concerns. I always have my situational awareness turned on and prepared, but I haven’t encountered anything concerning.

As I have said before, the trouble makers are looking for attention, not to be killed. If they wanted to come to the masses, we’d be ready for them, but all they want to do is make their twitter page glow with “look at me” and that’s about it. Destroy some buildings, hurt people you can’t see, move along.
They are too cowardly to really hurt anyone face to face that is armed and knows how to use their weapon. The sword guy in falls didn’t know how to use his weapon, but I wouldn’t bring a sword to a gun fight

Unless you’re a legit, real deal Ninija or Petiki, you shouldn’t engage multiple combatants with a bladed weapon. Just saying.

To answer the OP, I am not worried. I have seen any crazy protests so far and I live in FW. Not downtown, but not far from TCU.

That being said, there were allegedly protests in Decatur today. Decatur is 30 miles west of Fort Worth and not a big city. Pretty country for a city. These aren’t protests that are making much sense in that respect, and I think the bugger cities, mostly downtown, are at risk for the riots and looting because they’re being orchestrated by something other than grass roots protesters.

I was in Dallas last monday night till about 10pm. Tahoe was getting cased and my son had surgery that morning at children's. Wife's words were "get my F@^%$ truck out of there and tell our friend I am sorry" Went to our friends house and was treated like a king. My sis lives at mockingbird station and I got to see the set up. There is no way in hell I would live there but she is secure and I am cool with it.

The current wave of marching and looting may die down, but I will not be surprised, one little bit, to see a "second wave" if and when Trump wins in November. I would wager plans are being made already. I'm not worried about anything really happening out in Val Verde, Terrell, or Pecos counties.
