Looks good. We have been BBQ'ing a lot of steaks also, so to change it up I made ribeye fajitas the other night. While they were good, they are definitely better grilled with a potato and salad!!

Awesome! Back when I had a few "cowboy" restaurants we would buy the tit end of ribeyes that were leftovers from processing and couldn't be used for a steak (got them cheap from Excel meat) - would get 1/2" cuts and pound out to size of a dinner plate. Chicken fried ribeye was the menu item.
