Box blind - 5 X 5 X 10
Circle blind 6 foot diameter X 10 ^^^yep, round, hexagon or octagon better than any of the choices. Do not like anything rectangle and if theres a 4' side its too short. Higher off ground is almost always better. My opinions are based on looking/hunting in multiple directions.

Need to have the half hex 5'x6' or 6'x6' blind in the mix...work great for bow and rifle with one blind. I am a fan of having no windows on the door or door wall also...I put that side to a tree behind the blind and only hunt 3 directions with the wind blowing my scent towards the tree.

I have a 5x7 which is inside dimensions and it’s over 6.5 feet tall. It’s on a 10 foot tower which works great for my set up. 5x7 is almost too big for 1 person to hunt every window, but it’s perfect for 2 adults, 3 rifles, cooler, and gear bag.

Pentagon, hexagon, and half pentagon and half hexagon. Using 4 foot panels for all sides. I use this for the calculations https://www.calculatorsoup.com/calculators/geometry-plane/polygon.php Here is the hexagon and half hexagon

I agree on wanting to "hide" yourself in the blind by blocking out part of it. To me its better to have windows equally on all sides and then just use some type of curtain setup to block which ever window you want. You can still "peep" out and shoot out as needed.

I really prefer round and also not wood. If you can find these poly tanks the right size and have a good fabricator they are the best. Hud, mentioned round, Ide like to hear what you got. If anyone knows where to get these poly tanks used let me know. 5'3" diameter is pretty common but not really big enough to be ideal. If you know of 6' give or take 3" thats ideal for us.

[quote=dogcatcher] Great info. Ill hafta study that high end math stuff but it looks like its sligtly bigger than what I like but thanks for posting. A welders chalk marker and a slab will be your best friend. I used 4 foot panels to have as little scrap as possible. in my opinion a 3 foot panels is actually a better option. That gives you around a 5 foot diameter inner circle. Frame like you did in 2 pieces and it is easy to transport and assemble.

I would build a blind that is as light as possible and easy to move/transport. You need to keep it simple. A 4' x 4' blind by 6' high. This blind can either be placed on top of concrete blocks for a ground blind or up 4' off the ground. No higher than 8' legs for the stand. Your customer will want a blind that is easy to lift and easy to stand.

I bought a RealBark from a distributor in where lots o' Bohunks live between here & Houston who said the blinds were just too good for his clientele and he was discontinuing their line. That must have been 27 years ago or so. Can't remember the price, but think it was like $800 at the time. It was steal. 6 foot diameter circle and 6'6" high with a ten foot tower and ladder (not stairs). They used to come with different windows and a half door. About 4-5 years ago, I bought the newer version, screwed the durn thing altogether, tore the old circle blind off the tower and replaced it. Plain & simple, I love the set up and do not believe I have ever made a better hunting investment. Moving it is easy as all heck. Takes a minimum of two and with three it's a breeze. Moved it from Beeville to Fowlerton 14 years ago. Moved it three miles across the pasture about ten years ago. Lower it on to a headache rack or put it on a trailer. No issues and no hernias.

We have had some of the Realbarks Hud talked about in both the 4' and 6' diameter. Pretty much agree with Hud but the window system is pretty simplistic and had some problems with over the years.
