Stub's picture yesterday looked so good, it had me drooling all day. Decided to whip up my own this morning, and have enough for a bunch of frozen meals. Even has pintos in it already, so it goes even better with rice. There was a method to my madness too, and when the wife said it was too spicy for her and had onions, I knew that it was perfect.
