Looking for two serious hunters to join group of six on well established 5500 acre trophy lease.
Blinds and feeders in place. Year round feeding program. Campsite with spot for trailer. Theres a walk in cooler and ice machine. Ranch has produced deer 150-178 in last 5 years.

Dang that went fast. Im guessing that wasnt cheap and yet it went in 4 hours so likely sight unseen by buyer and seller. Interesting.
At some point in life its time to quit chasing the pot of gold and just enjoy the rainbow. FR

Thanks QSYB, I always want to ask stuff like that but figure ill be called nosey. Dont know the place but generally that part of the world I would guess your 4000 is a good gauge. Less than that I would guess theres too many hunters and more than that its likely good. Kind of like you, I just like to try and keep up and speculate what the markets doing.

He had this listed on FB as well, showed 4500.00 per gun. 8 guns on the place. He's listed some nice places over the past few years.

I gave him the o/u as a way to kinda say the price without saying the price. For that kind of quality I figured 4000-5000 was probably on par. Also, $4000 would be about my upper limit.  But I would love to hunt a panhandle place within 2-3 hours of Lubbock.
