Does anyone know where I might be able to find a couple of boxes of 115-120 gr non-fmj 6.8 spc ammo around the metroplex? I was invited on a unexpected hog hunting weekend next week and dont have enough ammo on hand currently.

Yup and I just looked at his website and did not wee it. I think Brother-in-law shoots the 6.8 some, he might could spare a couple boxes but who knows

Yes, the hogs on my place have lost all interest in it.

I'd say so, so much that the ammo is never in stock but the 6.5 grendal ammo is. I actually have no clue. I've been shooting and reloading for years for the 2 6.8's I own.

Hogs on our place HATE the 6.8 ammo.

There was a time when getting Grendel ammo was tough and the 6.8 had two or three different loadings on the shelf at Academy. I reload also but occasionally it is nice to find ammo on the shelf.

I don't worry too much about Academy. I reload, but for the 6.8, I mostly pick up ammo in bulk from SG AMMO. I'm really liking the 110 S&B PTS ammo.

I have a bolt action 6.8 so I'm reloading for that because I can load out to 2.4" and push the envelope. I'm getting 2750 FPS with 110 TSX out of a 16" barrel without pressure signs.

I haven't been shopping for ammo in so long, I couldn't say what's available.
