Still no update on my order placed on the 15th. I have no idea how a company that’s run this poorly stays in business. They’re customer service and responsiveness has been horrible.

Ordered mine the 15th. Got an email 5 minutes later saying delivery may 24. Called the 29th, got an email 5 minutes later saying they sent an email asking about tracking. Called this morning lady says “good news, there is on allocated for me and I should be getting a tracking number by Monday the latest”. Will call back Monday if no tracking number.
EDIT: just got my email with tracking.

Ordered on the 17th. Nothing until I finally got talk to a person yesterday. Said they would check in to it and I should get an email in 3-5 business days. Woke up to an email with a FedEx tracking number. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow.
