My mom is pretty stoked. They go every couple months and she's been chomping at the bit.

Wife and I are headed out there in two weeks. I enjoy it. Never been in the summer though - can’t be any worse than East Texas heat wise with all this humidity.

Yep, screw Vegas. Overpriced food, shows, parking and the “resort fee” is the biggest scam in the hotel industry. Couple that with the bums and the house always wins I’m the least bit interested.

We used to go quite often, but haven't been in about a year... and we never stay on the strip. Too much $ for too little service.

I was supposed to go to Vegas for March Madness, but COVID19 put a halt to that. Hopefully college football will go ahead as scheduled in the fall so I can hit up the sports books there. I like to play cards too, but sports betting is my favorite Vegas tradition.
