Looking at those velocities, I think you’re just shy of a node. Another half grain, give or take, and I’ll bet those groups tighten right up.

Dunno man. I might try another powder. Might try another barrel. Might throw it in the dumpster and light it on Fire.

I completely understand your frustration, but give it a shot. Just a bit more powder.

Problem solved. Sold it to a buddy last night that was over for fight night. He was happy with the groups confused

Pick a bullet that's less finnicky. RPR will shoot all day long with a good load, but you can't pick one bullet and run one test and then say that it's a no-go.

I still say at 10.8 pounds vs the Tikka CTR at 7.5 it’s coming in like a pig. In the same price range the CTR out shoots it in my experience. My experience is limited to one RPR in 6mm and 3 CTRs in .260, Needmoor, and .308. He’ll, the Needmoor out shot it with factory ammo. All others were handloads.

It couldnt shoot MOA with 3 factory loads or handloads using the 103 eld or 110 matcking. I am not interested in a rifle that picky. At that rate the barrel would be gone by the time i had a load developed. Its gone.

Those are poor choices in bullets imo but it's a moot point as of now.

You're giving Buzz to much credit.

Life's too short to own a rifle that is a pain in the [censored], congrats on the sale CSD!
