Took this photo over a moth ago for the gardening forum. Had it again tonight with my dinner. No. It didn't. Last hat long. I keep adding to it from my vegetable trimmings. I started it with balsamic vinegar.. I've since added sugar, white vinegar, as the leftover trimmings from my garden. Ever make it? What do you add?

Looks great. I'd toss a little feta and dill in there once in a while, just to change it up.

I like tomatoes, cukes, lemon, olive oil and ground sumac. Salt and pepper too of course. Served over rice.

Bill, I dig your prep work on those cucumbers sir. My Mom always did that too, so I do now as well.

You ever do pickled cucumbers? Vinegar, a little sugar, a little honey and toss them in the fridge a while. It’s good

I only make a few jars on icebox pickles each year in old saved pickle Jars. These are about all gone. Thanks a bunch for the heads up. Plan to use the same brine adding, sugar and honey.
