I brined some salmon, gave it a Texas late spring “cold” smoke, served it on a locally made bagel, whipped cream cheese, thinly sliced cucumber, red onions I pickled my self. Then I made some ruffled potato chips seasoned with some fresh dill and sea salt. ©️Herbcofood

It's my favorite breakfast to have while we are at resorts, sans the capers. Same here but with extra capers.....and I usually skip the tomato.
