I brined some salmon, gave it a Texas late spring “cold” smoke, served it on a locally made bagel, whipped cream cheese, thinly sliced cucumber, red onions I pickled my self. Then I made some ruffled potato chips seasoned with some fresh dill and sea salt.

Mighty fine looking plate. One of my favorite breakfast is Bagel and Lox with capers, red onion and a big slice of beef steak tomato

Same here but with extra capers.....and I usually skip the tomato.
