Started it yesterday evening. Cubed venison, salt pepper cumin and garlic, a diced yellow onion and an aneheim and ancho chili pepper. Looks great sir-might try next time by adding some cubed potatoes and sliced carrots and a couple more anahiem peppers to the mix.

Never heard of putting carrots or potatoes in it before, seems more like pot roast. I've been to some places that do it, usually it's the further you get away from South Texas. Pan fried cubes poatatos and onions I add. Learned from the Salvadorans I work with.
