Toss about a pound of chicken in pot with a tablespoon of oil, add diced onion and Jalapeno, cook till chicken is almost done, add can of diced maters. I let that cook about 20 minutes then add chopped taters, canned corn, canned carrots and canned green beans (I like italian style) . Add 1tbsp each of minced garlic, black pepper, chili powder and Fiesta fajita seasoning. Put on low and let cook till taters are done (they will start to turn red from the chili powder). Before serving add some fresh chopped cilantro. This recipe is easy to do at the lease and you can use any meat. It's great with deer meat. Can even make it easier if you use canned taters. The last pic is just after it was all put together I'll post a finished pic later.

I forgot, theres also 2 bottles of water and half of a beer in there.

I`ll bet that`s great tasting. I see you are using "Smart Chicken". I used to sell that when I ran a meat market. It is superior to any other chicken. It is processed much different than any other chicken. Well worth the money.

We call that "Can Stew". a few cans of vegetables, and what ever else we want to throw in. Used to have neighbor get togethers, and would fire up a grill and everybody brought a can or 2 of vegetables and a side of shredded cheese, cornbread or whatever. Made for some strange ,meals.
