They arrested the 1 officer. I bet we have round 4 of riots tonight and even more extreme than last night.

If you expect a burglar to play by the rules, after he breaks into your house, guess again. Yall make a break in seem so pretty..... its not. Burglars are people who are committing a burglary. A burglary is when someone breaks into an unoccupied space and steals items. A robbery is when someone breaks into an occupied space. If someone breaks into my home while I am there, I will defend myself. If I show up and someone is walking out with my TV, I am probably going to call the police.

Something tells me if hunters were being killed by game wardens under questionable circumstances, a lot of people on this board would have different reactions...
I am not condoning the violence and think it’s counter productive but I understand why the reaction is occurring.

Just speaking for myself, early in this thread I stated the cops that were involved needed lots of jail time, especially the one that killed him.........that doesn't give anyone the right to break the law as well......especially burn down homes, cars and businesses.......they had NOTHING to do with that officer killing that guy, and you can NEVER condone breaking the law because others have, even if they are police officers IMO.......or you will turn your city into anarchy......and I don't understand....maybe you can help me.......how can you justify or rationalize harming innocent people just because innocent people have been harmed or killed?

back to the topic, they fired them immediately, but waited two days to arrest them. seems they should have done it at the same time. I would think one was for breaking department code/rules, and one was for allegedly breaking the law, no?

I don't know about Minnesota, but in a lot of states, they would have to convene a grand jury and get an indictment before they could arrest them for murder in these circumstances.

Do we have any of those water cannon vehicles like some foreign countries use? There have been news stories and videos of those things mowing down crowds.
