Never saw this coming rolleyes loco

Sure would be cool if we had a government that handled finances like it's their own money rather than someone else's.

John Rich mentioned this on Fox yesterday. And he said that Nashville was already in terrible shape from the tornadoes. A percent or two is bad. Thirty+ percent would be devastating.

It took the US 198 years to accumulate 1 trillion in debt.

Now we are accumulating 1 trillion in debt each MONTH.

Yep when you have a consumer-based economy and tax the fire out of it at every level there's going to be some tax shortfalls. How we get over this I'm not sure but the federal government has said we ain't helping The cities have a budget they have to pay their firemen their police the roads have to be paved etc etc it's a bad situation. Moral of the story is we shouldn't have shut down the consumer-based economy in the first place.

Everybody, all Counties are trying to put the screws on you. LLano County went up $58,000 on my house they appraised last year when it was finished/built. Guess they wanted to do a makeover. Already sent in the protest. taz

Looks like city council of Dallas rejected an 8% property tax increase.

Only 15 more years until my tax is what I paid for my house! Dang average for new house is over $1 mil already now and they keep selling. I honestly don't know what they do with all the extra money they get currently. What was once a $250K tear down is $1+ mil new build now.
