I know you had some high hopes for him.
Whats your plans for him now?

Shopping with your husband is like hunting with the game warden.
Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted.

Frankly he was a little peculiar, as a trainer described him. He was a little soft, Stood tall on his birds but you couldn't hardly put your hands on him without the submissive side coming out. Had some wheels, the boy could fly. Just not hard enough to take the rigors of training and handling on the major circuit.

That’s unfortunate. My most recent pointer gyp has the submissive issue. She’s slowly coming out of it, hoping to get her on some wild birds this season. She’ll be turning 2 this fall.

Sorry to hear that Chet. Maybe he will come around this fall.

This boy is taking my mind off of it. Smart as a whip, now can he find birds wink The check cord is so I can catch him before he goes thru the fence grin
