Just got an email advertisement from Leslie's. They have 22 and 26 quart ice chests advertised at $49. In store only this time.

Just got off the phone with Leslie’s after a 48 minute on hold..they assured me that the two coolers I ordered were being processed. I advised that the arrival day was the 22 and of course she said they were behind in the warehouse. She sent a tracking request to the warehouse which she copied me on with a new arrival day showing tomorrow the 27th. Hopefully they are behind and nothing else is going on.

Yep, mine was supposed to be delivered on May 22 as well. No show yet. This happened a year of so ago with a similar promotion by NAPA. Placed the order, accepted, then a few days later received an email that the coolers were on permanent back order and my order was being cancelled. Maybe too good to be true.

Just recieved this am:

Hello, I've located an order number for you. It should have come by email. It's A1865642. It appears that there's been a delay in the shipment of the coolers. I've put in a request to our warehouse to find out what is causing the delay and when they will be shipped. I've flagged your message for follow up. My apologies for the delay. -Kelly

Well....I don't know what happened, but I stand corrected. I tried to find the 26 and wasn't able to earlier. I am sure it was user error.

If you have not received the cooler or a refund, you might consider contacting Ox190 directly.

Mine was supposed to be delivered the 22nd, sent them a message, got this back-

"Ah, the cooler sale. It ended up being extremely popular and the manufacturer is working to process all the orders.
Sorry for the delay, if we get any additional information we will pass it along to you".

I called, 40 minute wait and was told, "No tracking number" but says it will be delivered tomorrow. Was told to call back on Friday if not recieved.

Everything is behind it seems. The cooler for one, like most of you, it said on the 22nd.
I ordered epoxy pigments in early April, guess they are coming from China but no word.
Ordered 458 socom ammo, took over a month.
Ordered a part for my leaking washing machine, 2 weeks and no parts yet. Floor is still wet though.
Oxner was going to send me a bunch of cash and I still haven't received that yet.

I've been hit and miss with shipping, but mostly good. Midway has taken much longer to ship than normal on my last two orders, but Amazon and Cabelas have been pretty normal. Leslie's Pool Service is definitely going in the slow group, but I'm hopeful. USPS is operating a little slower than normal too. I shipped some dies to another forum member this morning Priority and they gave me a projected delivery date of Friday. It's normally two day.
Bill seems like a pretty solid guy. I'll bet if you drive to him he'll have the cash waiting for you.

Three emails with the order number so far unanswered . Was supposed to arrive on the 22nd.

I still can't get it to work.

I called yesterday and they’re checking with the warehouse to see when it will ship. I asked the lady if we’re actually going to receive our coolers, and she respond “yes you will”. Received an email later that day that it will take 3-5 for them to provide a status. We’ll see if we actually get them, but I don’t have high hopes.

I’ve gotten no emails since the original receipt email.
