Couple whole chickens and brisket on the trusty pooper. Chickens got shredded and will go into home made smoked chicken spaghetti casseroles tomorrow. How big and how long cook on the brisket? Got my son a pellet pooper and he wants to do a brisket Normal brisket times. This was a point and flat I separated and cooked individually. About 6 hours for these and they were 5 and 4 lb pieces. Did them at 225 the whole time.
