Where did you get the hush puppies at. Bill Martin`s Seafood used to serve those and they were great. The food looks awesome.

Scallops are a real favorite for me . I found some giant one's at Kroger a couple weeks ago .
That is a fantastic meal you got working there .

Love scallops! I like to wrap them in bacon (just the perimeter of a thick cut scallop) and sear in a butter sauce. Finish off in a pre-heated oven set to broil. Gonna have to see if Brookshire's or HEB has any!
