False alarm in Henrietta. Somebody got a little jumpy on the siren switch. Did see some empty boxes and stuff fly by.

Bowie got nailed. Damage looks bad but hopefully no one hurt. Some structures completely destroyed. We are just north of there. Radar shows parts of Clay County got 15 inches!

That’s 40 miles north of us. The pounding on the roof and the thunder woke me up at about 02:30. The rain on the steel roof was LOUD. Dewey jumped on the bed and laid beside me trembling. That was a first.

My wife did that also, I just put a thunder blanket on her and hit her a few times with a newspaper and she was good after that.

I have a place just South of town. Got 8.66 inches of rain out of that storm.

Looks like SW Gainesville got some wind either yesterday or last night - passed by bunch of downed branches and several trees blown onto houses, south end of GRAND St.

Pictures in Bowie show the damage. Pretty bad but will be fine. Water damage from the huge rains might be worse.

Sirens went off here in henrietta so we headed to the school as fast as we could get there! I thought for sure we had one coming the way the wind was blowing..it was pretty scary around here! I need to have a shelter put in at the house

I've seen quite a few and been in 2. Comparatively speaking, this one was pretty mild. I had no damage South of town but will have to rebuild some roads due to big rains.
