I want ideas or recipes for a wild turkey breast. I don’t have a smoker, just a grill.

I've only killed one. I plucked it as soon as it died. I baked it with the skin on just like I do thanksgiving turkeys.

I totally agree with Black Duck chicken fry with cream gravy is only way to fly. Also best way for duck breast!! Don't forget some hot biscuits cheers

What they said,fry it. Or slice the breast into strips, wrap with bacon and grill, then make a apricot jam sauce to go with.

I sous vide a wild turkey breast for 8 hours at 140 , then seared it in a hot cast iron skillet.
It was the best wild turkey I have had, except for chicken fried breast strips.
