I waited too long. I finally convinced Cast. Its now one thing that I can't do without. I have more ways to use that Bubba had for shrimp. Use it? How?

Marinades, deglazing a pan if I’m out of rice vinegar, salad dressings. It’s a great tool in the kitchen. One of my favorite seasonings after kosher salt.

I took me awhile to try it because I thought it was out of my price range After watching a cooking show where the cook had a bottle on a chain around his neck. I later bought a bottle of store brand. My first use was in a pot roast. I've never been without it since.

I don't use it, but my wife uses balsamic vinegar pretty often.

I use it on salads. A squirt of extra virgin olive oil and a squirt of balsamic vinegar on my salads.

I like to heat it up in a small pot to make thicker and then spread it over roasted brussels.

Brussel sprouts with honey and balsamic, also use it with olive oil/salt/pepper for a dipping sauce for Italian bread.

as others have said, marinades, salad dressing (with oil and a little rice vinegar), ontop of roasted vegetables. I throw some in a pan with a little rice vinegar and warm it up, you can choose to add other seasonings if you'd like, reduce it down to almost a syrup and drizzle that over vegetables, a salad, or a cut of meat that needs a little help. The acids helps break down anything bitter like kale.

But buying a little more expensive brands goes a long way with flavor than buying the cheap stuff.

I use BV to marinate tomatoes, cucumbers and feta cheese. Also, for those that like to smoke or grill chicken, many folks marinade the chicken overnight in italian dressing. If you add just a bit of balsamic vinegar to the italian dressing you will be amazed.

Cook some piece of meat (no matter kind), use balsamic to deglaze drippings and then throw in some spinach. Wilt it down, add some feta cheese, maybe some chopped walnuts.

I grilled some strip-steaks over the weekend and sautéed some mushrooms in a cast iron pan to top them off. Butter, the steak drippings, and a splash of balsamic is A+++
