Tired of all the virus talk in OT!! Lets talk deer. I finally figured out how to post pics on here(I think) so I got 1000s of pics if when I get time to play.
Hes a clean typical 6x5. A little hint-this is right about a week before peak rut and body size usually for these deer may be about 150/160 field dressed. This is from last season that I passed up. [Linked Image]

5.5 (although face is tight still)
85 down
53 up

G1, beams and spread are a wild guess with those pics.

You have a country reference?

Bobo, happy to give you a better view of the beam and brow. Also, for some reason the Lg3 seems cut off in the first pic(maybe just the angle but seems like it just doesn't all show.) Sorry about your bad day, I tried to help. If you miss another one ill tell STx on you.

I gotta go high 150's on this guy - 158. G1's are attractive and a major bonus. He's hanging real low - 6 1/2.

Man he is healthy in the October picture!!!

Looks 5.5 or 6.5 but I'd lean to 6.5 due to the blocky head and shorter nose look.

I am a little lower on the score as I think his beams look like they may only be 21-22"???

60-62" tine
91-93" frame

151-155"

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Thanks for the encouragement from all of yall. Personally, I LOVE looking at pics of deer and when its several live pics with other experienced guys offering insights I just think its educational and entertaining. Theres a lot more to the overall hunting experience than killing or even the hunting itself, but its looking at pics and thinking and interacting with like minded(hopefully) guys like yall. Even more so with the virus going on and the offseason to struggle through. Of course for me there is no "offseason" cause I keep my juices flowing with stuff like this. Ill post some more of this guy and see if yall think more pics can change your mind. Stay tuned.

These pics are within days of all the other, basically the rut or a week prior. The original first two pics he was wet.

Thanks, but im actually an extreme novice with camera. I just point and shoot. I hardly even know how to keep it on auto much less make any adjustments. The camera is a NikonP1000 and the zoom is unbelievable. The subject matter and the zoom can make anybody look like a photographer.

Absolutely dead on man!!!

Killing for me now is much less significant that all the rest!
